From the President of MedCompliance Services

Welcome to our web page.

As president of MedCompliance Services Inc., let me say "Thank You" for visiting our site.

We believe you will find our services unique and affordable.

As you know today's hospitals are affected by rapid changes in every aspect of their operations and financial viability. Regulatory changes make staying financially viable more and more complex and diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are more sophisticated and use highly technical processes that are difficult to translate to accurate billing code. Therefore third party payers, such as CMS (Medicare & Medicaid) payment logic and regulations have become more complex in required documentation to support the services which in turn result in a tremendous loss of revenue you are entitled to.

How can you stay abreast of these frequent changes?

With MedCompliance we can assist you to educate your staff, quickly resolve your compliance and reimbursement issues, reduce denials and potential fraud, shorten revenue cycles and help you cut operating costs. Our purpose is to help you to be more efficient and more profitable while improving the quality of patient care through training the clinical staff to fully understand the regulatory expectations and charges for all covered services.

MedCompliance is truly a full Revenue Cycle corporation that provides "Validation and Education" services. We work one on one with your staff to provide you with the customized service your hospital desires and needs. MedCompliance uses soft coded logic in its editors to insure every bit of data is evaluated, not like other corporations that rely on the hard coded logic systems of good code bad code which allows mistakes to occur resulting in fraudulent billing.

MedCompliance monitors daily for changes in reimbursement rules, regulations and if a change does occur then the MedCompliance Editors are updated via downloads provided by AMA, OIG, CMS, Medicaid, MediCal, Blue Cross and Blue Shield plus numerous other sources. These changes are immediately reviewed against our client files to insure accuracy. Also, as MedCompliance discovers deficiencies that arise from the validation process of your Order Entry System, each and every departmental Subsystem as related to your Charge Description Master corrective action is taken to insure "information integrity". MedCompliance further provides education to your staff to update your staff of changes, correct deficiencies with emphasis on compliance with national standards in accordance with federal law, and supplying full documentation to support all recommendations.

MedCompliance is not new to the healthcare industry; we serve acute care, teaching, Critical Access facilities and children's hospitals as well as ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, revenue cycle organizations, audit firms and provider technology corporations. It is our mission to provide excellent service at a competitive price. MedCompliance has more than 30 years of experience with clients from coast to coast such as in Texas, Illinois, California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Idaho, and Georgia,
